Counselling Services

Counselling sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. Counselling services are non-refundable once booked.

Book Returns

Books may be returned only if they arrive damaged. Customers must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item and provide photographic evidence of the damage. Approved returns may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before products are shipped or services are rendered.
