We currently ship books throughout South Africa. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Delivery Timeframes

Major cities: 3–6 business days
Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable) to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or contact information.

Damaged Books

If your book arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. To process your request, kindly email clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work with reliable courier partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.
