Refund policy

At Straightforward Pele-Pele, we are committed to providing quality products and services.

Counselling Sessions

All counselling session bookings are non-refundable.

Clients may reschedule their appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session. Requests received less than 2 hours before the appointment will result in the booking being forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

Books

Books may only be returned if they arrive damaged.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, customers must notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the book and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.

Books that are not damaged, or return requests submitted after the 2-day period, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
